Civil Services Examination is a big challenge and all those who participate in it demonstrate an unusual drive and a belief that how-so-ever perplexing the situation be, anything is possible.
Needless to mention that accomplishment is a product of talent that's combined with dreams, focus and just plain hard work and I wish all candidates best of luck!
Once again, I have been on move to meet the new conquerors who have really made it big. It has been pleasure and wonderful experience to know the success strategies of a few of them; whom, I am able to reach out to in last few weeks.

For last 28 years, it has been a usual affair for me to interact with Civil Services Examination toppers just to find out their preparation strategies and secrets of success.
These shining brilliant performers are like idols for a wide gamut of passionate and disciplined youngsters who are encouraged by these successful candidates and their success-plan inspire them and give energy to stay in the competition.
It is not only beginners, even those appeared earlier also keenly look at their plans, suggestions, understanding and exam-related experiences to decode this examination as per their understanding.
I feel almost all toppers are eager to share their understandings of this examination and are ready to guide the future aspirants for the coveted ‘Civil Services Examination’.
By now, you must have heard and read a lot about TinaDabi (AIR 1, CSE 2015), Athar AamirUlShafi Khan (AIR 2, CSE 2015), Jasmeet Singh Sandhu (AIR 3, CSE 2015), Artika Shukla (AIR 4, CSE 2015), Shashank Tripathi (AIR 5, CSE 2015) and many other names that have made headlines in past one month.
Civil Services Examination has a gruelling exam-plan and is considered to be the toughest competition. Where showing courage to appear in this examination is considered big decision, emerging successful in the mother of all examinations as it is called is no small feat.
Once again, my passion to meet the passionate youngsters who are revered for their knowledge and guts took me to many toppers across the country.
On the contrary, the result for Hindi and vernacular candidates is languishing and visibly the top rank with Hindi medium is Anuradha Pal (AIR 62) and the next is Gaurav Singh Sogarwal (AIR 99).I have met 4-5 more successful candidates with Hindi medium; there will be many more in the merit-list that I am yet to figure out.
