hello ma'm/sir, my question is how to read newspapers? i read The Hindu and a local hindi newspaper but if i read all news then ithen i takes a lot of time even for one of them, so i want to know which sections of the newspaper shoult i read? And i want to know are the issues between political parties of concern for upsc preparation point of veiw?
