Has the relaxation of the Upper Age limit come in effect? News report confirm the news, however no notification seems to be provided in the UPSC website.

As you are completing your engineering degree, you have enough time to prepare and you should not show such haste in appearing for any examination – be it IAS or MPSC. You should plan to take first attempt when you feel that your preparation matches with the standard of examination.
