Sir, I have written Mains exam of 2013 and 2014 with Hindi as medium but not qualified. Now, I think to shift from Hindi to English as medium of exam. My optional is Public Administration. I need your help in this decision as I think I am more comfortable with English and resources are better available in English medium.

For Civil Services Examination preparation, choice of medium of writing examination is really important and you should have taken care of this fact at the beginning of your preparation.

However, you still have opportunity to resolve this issue and can make serious attempt with English medium.

As such, Public Administration in Hindi medium is not delivering; whereas, it has produced wonderful result with English medium.

So, go ahead with your plans and give your best.
