Sir I am 26 year old a bank clerk was an average student. I have started preparation for CSE with NCERT books. Please tell me how to manage time and suggest me how to improve writing skills in Hindi.

You represent the group of candidates who move towards destination step-by-step. It gives you financial security with a job in hand and as a part of career development, gradually you make attempt to fulfil your ultimate goal with sheer determination and hard work.

Agree, while in job, it is difficult to manage preparation for Civil Services Examination but, if you plan a little, you can do it.

You have taken a correct step to commence preparation with NCERT Books that will strengthen your basics and as you advance, the knowledge gained will prove to be handy.

With self-assessment, ascertain your strength and weaknesses and accordingly prioritize your study-plan. Your endeavour should be to cover the complete syllabus and for that make a time-table and adhere to it.

As Civil Services Examination preparation requires some smart-work, divide important topics from different constituents in the syllabus in small goals and try to achieve these goals in the time your set for yourself.

For improving writing skills, only practice can help. Write answers and get these evaluated by someone you trust and get genuine feedback.

Next time, try to improve upon and continuous efforts will improve your writing skills that will eventually help in managing time wisely during examination.
