Hello Sir, I am a 3rd year B.Tech student from Andhra Pradesh and will be promoted to 4th year in a month. As the prelims is scheduled in august, can I attempt? And is 3-4 months enough for me to prepare and crack the exam with good guidance and planning? I wish to give my 100% in this process. If it is possible, which subject should I start from? Expecting a brief answer from you. Regards

You will be eligible when you complete your B.Tech as UPSC clearly mentions that the candidate must hold a degree from a recognized university.

As next month, you will be in 4th year, you need to wait till final year and then, you can plan to appear in Civil Services Examination next year.
