Till the time you don’t hear from UPSC or Government about lowering upper age-limit, you should not get worried.
The notification for CSE 2014 says, “A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 32 years on the 1st of August, 2014 i.e., he/she must have been born not earlier than 2nd August, 1982 and not later than 1st August, 1993.”
As similar circumstances prevail next year for CSE 2015 also; accordingly, you should prepare for CSE 2015 without getting anxious about age-limit.
As you have enough time to prepare and even have attempts, you should seriously indulge in preparation and aim to crack it in first attempt.
