Sir, I am doing B.Tech from NITW. I did my school education in Hindi medium. I am not deciding that in which medium I prepare for Civil Services Exam, please suggest me.

Once you have made up your mind, you should not think too much about the medium as content is always important and medium of writing examination should be that with which you can express yourself well.

If you are comfortable with English, it is fine; otherwise, don’t hesitate to pick Hindi medium. Yes, the recent show from Hindi medium candidates doesn’t paint a rosy picture; but, if you prepare well, you can produce positive results.

Moreover, with reasonably good English, you can take advantage of books, study-material and even English newspapers that many Hindi medium candidates feel deprived of.
