Sir, I am serving in Indian Airforce since 2010. I want to prepare for IAS. I am PG holder with Geography. Please guide me regarding how to preparing and geography is best for me.

Since you are in job, it would be little difficult to deal with time; but, if you plan it well, you can handle the Civil Services Examination preparation effectively. Moreover, the requirements are such that you need to prepare keeping in mind the complete exam-plan and adopting an integrated approach for preparation would help in managing it within the limited time you get.

Geography is one of the best performing optional subjects and is one of the important constituent in General Studies syllabus. Being your own subject, it would be prudent to go with it.
