The knowledge gained in past would help you in moving forward and can contribute a lot in your preparation.

In the beginning, almost all candidates have a vague idea but, as you progress, you get lots of insights that give confidence to move forward.

We suggest you to understand the complete exam-plan and related requirements at each stage of the examination.

The Civil Services Examination now requires a completely new tactics as the changes introduced recently has made an integrated approach the best way to prepare.

Begin with some basic books with General Studies (Main Examination oriented) preparation in mind. Make newspaper reading a daily habit and simultaneously look at optional subject also. By preparing for Main Examination, you Preliminary Examination Paper I would almost get covered. For Paper II, you will need practice and should not be a major problem.

It would be strategic and save a lot of time if you consider keeping Commerce & Accountancy as optional subject.

In the last, we would recommend that being in job, you may face time constraints but, have faith in you abilities, commit yourself towards the goal you have set for your self and regularity in study would help you achieve.
