The details for notification as well as dates for Preliminary and Main Examination points towards normal schedule as per the calendar for Civil Services Examination 2023.
28th May 2023 is the date for the Preliminary Examination 2023 and Main Examination would start on 15th September, 2023.

The annual calendar for examinations scheduled to be held in year 2023 has been released by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC)
The notification for Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination 2023 would be released on February 1, 2023 and the last date for receipt of application is going to be 21st February, 2023.
Preliminary Examination 2023 is going to be staged on 28th May 2023.
The Preliminary Examination 2023 continues to be combined examination for screening candidates for both Civil Services Examination 2023 and Indian Forest Services Examination 2023.
The Civil Services (Main) Examination 2023 would commence from September 15, 2023 and it is going to be 5-day affair.
